The AirTURBO RV2 is a highly energy-efficient aerator that delivers up to 52m³/h of atmospheric air. The air is distributed efficiently beneath the water surface, even in large volumes of water. The oxygen capacity is measured in a test tank at 90 kg O2/day at 20°C (SOTR).
The AirTURBO RV2 is a surface aerator developed by Eden Aquatech for oxygen-deprived water environments and is built to withstand tough conditions. It is easy to install and maintain, and can be relocated if necessary. The aerator has been continuously improved and developed since the 1990s. After more than 200 installations in Scandinavia, our technology is well-tested and highly successful. Innovative technology enables high oxygenation and low operational costs.
Thanks to the design of the impeller and the IE5-rated motor, energy consumption is reduced by up to 50%. With normal operation, the energy consumption is approximately 2.5-3.0 kW.
For each operating hour, 52m³ of pure atmospheric air is supplied and efficiently distributed beneath the water surface in a large volume of water. The oxygen supply capacity is over 90 kg O2 per day, based on measurements in a test tank (SOTR).
Thanks to the unique features of the IE5-rated motor, such as soft start and self-regulating speed in relation to load, combined with the robust AirTURBO™ RV2 construction, maintenance costs are minimized.
As an option, we offer the ability to monitor and control the aerator remotely via IoT. Operational changes and energy consumption can be tracked and documented for optimal operation.
